As a starting point, the Tropical Fruit figures are a reasonable guide for the same species (a budgie around 1½ teaspoons a day, a cockatiel around 3, an Amazon or grey 3 to 3½ tablespoons), but weigh your bird weekly on a gram scale and let that decide.
