Will it fit my cage? Check vertical clearance rather than width — hang it where your bird can reach the top layer from a perch without the bottom touching the grate.

Can I add treats? Yes. Tuck millet or dried fruit between the discs and the tower becomes a foraging toy too.

Does it swing a lot? Slightly, which most birds like. If yours prefers a stable toy, hang it close to a cage corner.
